Safety questions

Are your scaffolders qualified?

Yes. We employ fully qualified staff with CITB and CISRS certification, working on both commercial and residential projects.

Do you provide a risk assessment and method statement?

Yes. Before any project starts we issue a risk assessment and method statement written for that job, and the team is briefed on safety at project meetings.

Which standards do you work to?

We work to the Construction Industry Regulations and our legal duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and to the NASC guidance for scaffolding: TG20 for design and SG4 for preventing falls. ⟨confirm with Ervin: your site quotes TG20:13 and SG4:10. The current editions are TG20:21 and SG4:22. Which do you work to now?⟩

Are you insured?

⟨confirm with Ervin: your public and employers’ liability insurance, and the cover amount you are happy to publish⟩
